We allow refunds on qualifying items within 14 days of purchase with receipt only. To qualify, items must be full price with tags on and packaging complete. The item must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed, free from odours, stains, and pet fur. Refunds will be given at the discretion of Bellies in Bloom and will only be given in the same payment the purchase was made. If you are between 15-30 days past the original purchase date or do not have the original form of payment, a store credit gift card will be given.
Great deals are typically meant for clearance, so there will be no refunds or exchanges on sale items. This does not include regular priced items purchased with a coupon or instant savings discounts, those items are eligible for exchange only within 14 days. Personal items including bras are final sale
For health reasons, all undergarments including bras, bathing suits, underwear and breast pads are final sale and cannot be returned. All skincare products, pillows, breast pumps, and teethers are also not returnable.
On rare occasions, defects in manufacturing can occur. Any concerns you have about an item should be addressed within 14 days of purchase. We will do our best to replace or exchange these items with the manufacturer in a way that is fair to you and to Bellies in Bloom.
We ship orders Monday to Friday and in most cases your order will be shipped within 2 business days. We offer two service options:
Standard Shipping (2-7 Business Days)
Express Shipping (1-2 Business Day)
Please note that shipping days refer to full business days, not including weekends or holidays. The days are counted after the day the parcel is shipped. The guidelines are for major urban centers. If you live outside of a large city, your parcel will take longer to reach you. We cannot be responsible for inconveniences caused by late delivery beyond our control.
If your parcel is small and we can use the Canada Post letter mail service, we will. This service has no tracking.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless it is as a result of our error. In the case of an exchange, in most cases we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement items.
International orders and customs/duty
We have had very positive experience with international orders. Depending on the goods, country of origin and country being shipped to, customs and duties may apply to an order. In most cases, using our standard shipping services we find that these additional charges do not occur. However, if your country chooses to charge customs and duty, this is outside of our control and the charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Certain international countries have significantly higher shipping costs, so we reserve the right to contact you and discuss alternatives before accepting your order.
