Our recent BOGO Bras & Bottoms - No refunds, however we can offer a size exchange on bottoms.

Return Policy for Regular Priced items

We allow refunds on qualifying items within 14 days of purchase, with receipt only. To qualify, items must be full price with tags on and packaging complete. The item must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed, free from odours, stains, and pet fur. Refunds will be given at the discretion of Bellies in Bloom and will only be given in the same payment the purchase was made. If you are between 15-30 days past the original purchase date or do not have the original form of payment, a store credit gift card will be given.  

Welcome coupon code (if you sign up in the pop up):

The coupon code can only be used once per customer. We cannot apply the coupon code retroactively. If you have any issues with the code, please reach out by email or instant chat BEFORE you checkout. The coupon code does not apply to any exchange items.

Sale items
Great deals are typically meant for clearance, so there will be no refunds or exchanges on seasonal sale items. This does not include stock items purchased with a coupon or instant savings discounts, those items are eligible for exchange within 14 days. Please contact us by phone or email if you have questions about our exchange policy.

Personal items including bras are final sale
For health reasons, all undergarments including bras, bathing suits, compression garments, support garments, underwear and breast pads are final sale and cannot be returned.  All skincare products, pillows, breast pumps, and teethers are also not returnable.

Defective merchandise
On rare occasions, defects in manufacturing can occur. Any concerns you have about an item should be addressed within 14 days of purchase. We will do our best to repair, replace or exchange these items with the manufacturer in a way that is fair to you and to Bellies in Bloom. If an item can be repaired to our quality standards, it is our policy to always try that first before offering a replacement.

When returning items from an online purchase                                     

We cannot make changes or cancel an online order once the shipping label has been purchased. Please promptly pop the qualifying items back into the mail at your expense with a mailing address of: #113-3531 Uptown Blvd Victoria B.C. V8Z 0B9 Items must be put in the post within 14 days of receiving your item or they cannot be refunded. We may ask for a picture of your shipping receipt to verify. The same conditions above apply to online returns.

Online exchanges                                                                                               

If you receive your order and need to tweak the size, colour, or style, please reach out to us right away at:  We can only allow an exchange within 30 days from the day you received your order. We will need you to pop the item(s) back in the mail at your expense. Once the items are back in our shop we will thoroughly check them over, and then ship out the agreed upon item. We will cover the return standard shipping for an exchange. Exchanges are approved at our discretion. If you need a different size, etc and cannot wait for us to receive the return and ship the exchange, we suggest you place a new order for the proper size. This order is subject to regular shipping fees. 

Online Local Pick Up Deadline

Orders placed online using the Local Pick Up option need to be picked up within 45 days from purchase. After 45 days, your order will be automatically refunded and the items will not be held. The refund will be processed to the original form of payment. If your card has been cancelled or replaced since your purchase, please reach out to us. Refunds processed to cancelled cards cannot be retrieved.
