For nursing - simply pull both layers of fabric up or down for easy access. 

For hands-free pumping - Pull the outer layer of fabric up and the inner layer up. Position your pump flange between both layers. Repeat the first step in reverse order on the opposite side.  Check that no fabric is between your skin and the pump flanges and you're good to go!

About the Larken X Fabric:

After testing hundreds of fabrics over the years, they use their current polyester spandex blend for a number of reasons, including its buttery soft feel, ability to be conveniently put in the washer and dryer, and most importantly, its stretch and recovery, which is crucial to the design and functionality. Even better? It’s OEKO-TEX certified to ensure that the fabric has been rigorously tested against a list of up to 300 toxic chemicals, and its silky smooth finish is moisture wicking and won’t stick to your sensitive skin so you can stay cool and dry day and night.
