Water the area gently.
*For best chance of success, start sowing indoors 6-8 weeks before last frost and transplant outdoors in the spring. If starting indoors, use peat or coir pots to minimize root disturbance. Soak seeds in water for 24 hours prior to sowing. Sow shallowly, about 1/8″ deep, and maintain a cool soil temperature. Seeds should germinate in 14-60 days.
Plant directly outside in fall where winters are mild for blooms the following year.
